A simple dish that goes well with plain rice porridge.
Tofu with Century Egg and Pork Floss
1 block of Silken Tofu
1 Century Egg, roughly chopped
Pork floss, as much as you want!
Seasoning:
1 tbsp Dark Soy sauce
1 tbsp Water
1/2 tsp Sesame oil
Pinch of Sugar
Dash of White pepper
Salt/soy sauce (optional)
Garnish:
Spring onions, chopped
Coriander, chopped
Chili padi, chopped
1. Gently steam the tofu for 5 mins and let cool.
2. Mix ingredients for the sauce while the tofu is steaming.
3. Add century egg to tofu and drizzle sauce over.
4. Garnish with spring onion, coriander and chili padi.
5. Top with pork floss and serve!
