Cream cheese bun

Kids love these cream cheese buns

Ingredients

Buns:
200g Bread flour
100g Water
30g Beaten egg
20g Milk powder
20g castor sugar
2g salt
2g instant yeast
20g unsalted butter

Cream cheese filling:
250g cream cheese
50g icing sugar
25g fresh milk
-blend everything up till smooth and creamy. Transfer into a piping bag and chill till ready to use

Method

Bread dough double proofing method

1) Add in all ingredients except butter in a stand mixer and knead till smooth

2) add in the butter and continue to knead till elastic dough formed.

3) Proof till double in size

4) Degass and divide dough into 9 balls. Covered and rest it for 10-15min

5) flatten each ball  and add in the cheese filing and wrapped it up.

6) proof again till double in size

7) Lay a piece of baking paper over, stack another baking tray on top and bake at preheat oven at 170c for 20-25min
