Fried Wanton (Golden Ingots)

Ingredients

200g Minced Pork
150g Prawns, chopped
Spring onions, chopped

Marination
Light soya sauce
Oyster sauce
Sesame oil
Cooking oil
Corn flour
Salt
White pepper
Pork powder

Method

  1. Mix minced pork, prawns and chopped spring onions in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add the marinates according to your taste and set aside for 20 mins.
  3. Place a small tsp of the pork fillings onto wanton wrap and seal with some water using your finger.
  4. Deep fry till golden and strained. Serve with your desired sauce.
