Mango Chilli Prawns

Today am using the authentic Thai dipping sauce made with chilli, garlic & real mango chilli sauce to stir-fry with prawns !!

不要小看This little glass bottle chilli ~ also perfect for dip sauce for spring rolls, lettuce wraps, sandwiches, crackers & any appetizers like Thai style tau kwa too ! Just drizzle over !! Taste is refreshing tangy, not spicy or overly sweet kind.

Suitable for vegans & vegetarians. No colours added

Ingredients

  • 10 prawns (Marinate w salt and pepper or garlic powder)
  • Capsicum
  • Mango
  • 1/2 onions
  • 2-3 chopped garlic
  • Small knob butter
  • Blue Dragon Mango Chilli Sauce
  • 1 tbsp light sauce
  • 1-2 tbsp water

Method

  1. Clean the prawns
  2. Heat the pan with oil and butter
  3. Pan fry the prawns till almost cooked
  4. Remove and set aside
  5. Same pan w the oil from the prawns
  6. Add in onion, garlic and stir fry till fragrant
  7. Add light sauce and Blue Dragon Mango Chilli Sauce
  8. Mix well at low fire then add 1-2 tbsp water
  9. Add capsicum, stir to mix it
  10. Add mango and lastly the prawns
  11. Give it a final mix and is ready to serve !!
