2-Ingredient Red Bean Coconut Popsicles

This trending 2-ingredient popsicle is so easy to make and really yummy ~ old school potong, anyone?

Ingredients

  • 200g Japanese Red Bean Paste (as shown)
  • 200ml Ayam Brand Premium Coconut Milk (enhanced with coconut water)

Method

  1. Add red bean paste and 150ml water, reheat in a pot until slightly bubbling. Cool to room temperature.
  2. Pour in 200ml Ayam Brand Coconut Milk (actual amount to your preference, can be lesser too).
  3. Mix both ingredients and pour into popsicle moulds. Freeze overnight.
  4. Enjoy these red bean popsicles with the right coconut sweetness!
