Mango Pudding

This popular Hong Kong style dim sum dessert is incredibly easy to make at home! Rich, soft, luscious mango pudding, topped with evaporated milk and studded with fresh mango pieces.

Ingredients

1 box premix Mango Jelly Powder

* I used Robertsons (purchase in HongKong)

250ml Hot water

100ml Evaporated Milk

200ml Fresh Milk

* I used Meiji brand

2 Mangoes

Method

  1. Melt Mango Jelly Powder with 250ml hot water, stir till all dissolve. Set aside to cool
  2. Cut mangoes into cube
  3. Mix Evaporated Milk with Fresh Milk
  4. Add in cube mangoes, give a few stir
  5. Mix cool mango jelly mixture to the Milk, stir till well mix
  6. Transfer to mould. Chill overnight.
