1 pot dish for all

Ingredients

700g pork belly
Quail eggs
4 garlic – chopped
9 onions – chopped
8 mushroom – cut into small pcs
4 tsp cooking wine
1 tsp five spice powder
25g rock sugar
1/4 cup light sauce
1/4 cup dark sauce
600-700ml water

Method

  1. Heat wok w about 2 tbp oil
  2. Stir fry the pork belly
  3. You will see water while frying .. continue to stir fry till the water dries up and will see oil instead.
  4. Add chopped onions, fry together w the pork till fragrant followed by garlic.
  5. Continue to fry then add diced mushrooms
  6. Add 1 tsp of five spice powder
  7. Add the dark and light sauce
  8. Add water, let it simmer for 10 mins
  9. Add rock sugar and quail eggs
  10. Slow cook it for abt 45 mins in small fire.
    Stir it in between.. is ready when u see the meat soften.
