Assorted buns

My 👧🏻 like to have scrambled egg top up with pork floss and mayo on toast bread… therefore I try to put these on a bun instead… and it’s taste really good😋 indeed!

Pull chicken mayo and top up with cheese on a bun taste as good too!

Using my basic bun recipe ( stay soft even on day 3… but normally these buns are too yummy to make it to day 3 😆)

Ingredients

130g water

3g yeast

40g sugar

25g beaten egg

210g bread flour

40g cake flour

8g milk powder

25g unsalted butter

3g salt

Method

  1. Put everything into mixer except butter. Knead till smooth.
  2. Add in butter and continue knead till smooth and window panes formed.
  3. Place in big bowl and proof till double in size.
  4. Divide into 8-10 balls, Shape accordingly.
  5. Proof another 45min-1hr till double in size.
  6. Bake in preheated oven for 15min 180c.
