Barramundi Fillet

Ingredients

1 pc Barramundi fillet

3 chopped garlic

Quarter chopped white onions

2 tbsp Fresh lemon juice

1 tsp sugar / honey

10g butter

Rosemary leaves (optional)

Olive oil

Method

  1. Rubbed the fillet with salt and pepper.
  2. Leave aside for abt 30 mins.
  3. Heat up pan with Olive oil.
  4. Pan fry the fillet until the skin turned lightly crisp.
  5. Flip to sides and pan fry till cook.
  6. Remove it from pan.
  7. Continue on the same pan.
  8. Add butter, melt it w the oil from cooking.
  9. Add garlic and onions till lightly caramelised.
  10. Add Lemon juice and rosemary leaves. Quick stir in low fire.
  11. Add sugar or honey (yr preference).
  12. Once all well mixed, add the cooked fish and scoop the sauce with a spoon and drizzle over the fish under low fire a 1-2 mins. You may also add in the lemon slice when cooking the sauce (optional)
