Japanese steam egg! Kids all times favorite
(Recipe make 2 serving)
Ingredients
1.5 tsp chicken stock concentrate
200ml water
2 eggs (55g)
3 pc snow crabs stick
1. Mix the chicken stock concentrate with 200ml of water to make chicken stock and put aside.
2. Crack 2 eggs in a bowl and hand whisk till well beaten.
3. Pour the chicken stock to the beaten eggs and mix well.
4. Shred the snow crabstick into pieces and put some at the bottom before pouring the eggs/stock mixture thru a sieve to the bowl ( use a toothpick to poke any small bubbles)
5. Cover with cling wrap before putting to steam(put into steamer once water boiling).
6. Steam for 8min, remove the cling wrap and add in half snow crabstick on top of the smooth egg, covered and steam for 30sec and ready to serve.
