Cheesy Pulled Chicken Rolled Egg Crepe

Kids-friendly rolled egg crepe filled with creamy pulled chicken. Perfect for breakfast and tea break!

Ingredients

30g cake flour

15g tapioca starch

100ml water

Spring onion, chopped

1 egg

Salt & pepper

1 can of Ayam Brand Pulled Chicken in Mayonnaise

Handful of shredded cheese (cheddar and mozzarella)

Dipping sauce of your choice

Method

  1. In a small bowl, mix together cake flour, tapioca starch and water. Sieve the batter to avoid lumps. Add in chopped spring onion.
  2. In another small bowl, egg with salt and pepper, lightly beaten.
  3. Add a little oil to a non-stick pan, pour flour batter and cook under medium heat for 1-2min.
  4. Flip over the crepe, pour over beaten egg and cook for another 1-2min.
  5. Arrange shredded cheese and Ayam Brand Pulled Chicken on the crepe. Roll to wrap the crepe.
  6. Cut the crepe into pieces. Serve with your choice of dipping sauce. Enjoy!
