Cheesy Twirl Milk Loaf

Ingredients

300g bread flour
225g full-cream fresh milk
10g milk powder
40g sugar
3g instant yeast
3g salt
30g butter
5 slices of cheddar cheese

Method

Double proofing method
180c 35min – 40min depending on individual oven.

  1. The the dough was divided into 2 and rolled into 2 rectangle.
  2. Place cheddar cheese slices on 1 and cover the other on top.
  3. Slit the bottom half into strips and twist every one of them.
  4. Swissroll from top to bottom and seal.
