Chicken Macaroni Soup

Easy One Pot for kids and adults

Ingredients

Serve 4

Macaroni
Chicken bones
2 chicken thighs (can remove skin)
1/2 carrots (cut to small pcs)
1/4 cabbage ( cut to strips kind)
Light soy sauce
1/2 Knorr ikan billis cube
Fishballs or meatball
Fried shallots
Spring onions

Method

  1. Blanched Chicken bones with 2 thighs. Rinsed with water then set to boil it for 30 mins.
  2. Add in cabbage & carrots. Let it continue simmer for 20 mins.
  3. Add half portion of Knorr ikan billis cube. Season to taste.
  4. Remove the chicken thigh & shred it. Set aside.
  5. Add meat/fishballs. Boil until cooked.
  6. Add in the macaroni which was set aside earlier.
  7. Topped with the shredded chicken.
  8. Garnish with spring onions and fried shallots and ready to serve 😋😋
