Serves 2 to 3 pax
1 pc Chicken thighs diced (marinate with light soya, pepper and corn flour for 30min)
1 onion diced
Half Carrot diced (boiled)
Broccoli cut small ( boiled)
3-4tbsp Corns
100ml sour cream
1-2 tsp Chicken powder to taste
Cheese ( I’m using Perfect Italiano perfect bakes cheese)
Mashed potatoes
3 Potatoes boil and mashed ( 30g butter/salt/100ml sour cream to taste)
1. Heat up 1 tbsp of oil, sauté onion till slightly soft, add in chickens and stir fry till cooked
2. Add in the rest of ingredient ( carrots/corn/broccoli) add chicken powder follow by sour cream.
3. Keep stirring and boil for another 1-2min before off fire and leave it to cool.
4. Lay the creamy chicken follow by mashed potato, topped with cheese and baked at 200c 10-12min for oven and 200c 8min ( Air fryer) – ( till top is golden brown will do… cos all food is cooked, just to melt the cheese)
