Chicken Skewers

If you are looking for a slightly easier way to prepare to skewers! Come let’s try this and this is how I prepare it. My family and friends love it !! Easy ingredients that u have in yr kitchen.

Ingredients

2 chicken thigh

1 tbsp light sauce

1 tbsp sesame oil

1 tbsp cooking wine

1 tsp honey

Dashes of pepper

2-3 chopped garlic

Green pepper

Satay sticks

Method

This makes about 10 skewers (depending on the size u cut it)

  1. Clean and dap dry chicken
  2. Cut into cubes
  3. Marinate it with the above seasoning
  4. Mixed well and leave it for at least 3 hrs or overnight in the fridge
  5. Prepare the skewers w the marinated chicken, alternate it w green pepper
  6. Grilled it for abt 5 mins , flip and brush w the marinate abd continue for about another 5 mins until a little charred.
