Chicken Stew

One Pot Dish which everyone will enjoy! Perfect with a bowl of rice.

Ingredients

2 boneless chicken thigh, cut into cubes
(Marinate w cooking wine & 2tsp light sauce)

1 onion 🧅 ~ slice
2 garlic 🧄 ~ diced
2 potato🥔 ~ cut
1 carrot 🥕~ cut
Broccoli 🥦 ~ cut
1 pkt 250 ml chicken stock
250 ml water
1 tbsp plain flour

Method

  1. A little oil on the wok
  2. Stir fry the 🧅 and 🧄 till fragrant
  3. Add in the chicken ~ pan fry it
  4. Flip and stir till 80% cook
  5. Add in the chicken stock ( I’m using the swanson brand broth)
  6. Followed by flour ~ mix well
  7. Add water, potato and carrot
  8. Let it cook for abt 30 mins
  9. Blanch broccoli 🥦
  10. Add to it 5 mins before done
  11. Ready to serve

 

Note: Can add 50ml more water if u want more gravy. Season to taste.
