Claypot Toman Fish

We always love dishes with ginger and onions

Come try this stir fry Toman fish – simple and easy dish for family dines

Ingredients

Rinse fish, marinate it and set side for an hour

(A)Marinate:

  • 3 tsp grated ginger juice
  • 1 tsp cornflour
  • 1/2 tsp Chicken

(B) Sauce mixturefor fish:

  • 1 tbsp of oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp cooking wine
  • 1/2 tsp of sugar
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil

Method

  1. Blanched the marinated fish with 1 stalk spring onions, 2-3 slices of ginger. Once cook, set aside
  2. Heat up the wok
  3. 1 tbsp of oil
  4. Add minced garlic, slices of ginger
  5. Add in 100 ml water, stir it
  6. Add in sauce mixture, mix well
  7. Add in the blanched fish
  8. Add spring onions
  9. Pour a little corn starch water to thicken the sauce
  10. Lastly add spring onions and drizzle a little sesame oil over, cover the pot, off the fire and ready to serve
