Fresh Cranberry 1 packet 340g
Cinnamon 1 stick
Brown sugar 1/2 cup
Maple syrup 1/4 cup
Peel and juice from 1 orange
1/2 teaspoon of Rum (Optional)
Step:
-Combine all the above ingredients in a saucepan and bring mixture to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and boil until cranberry blust and has melted, cook till the glaze is thickened, 10 minutes.
-Add in Rum and stir well. (Optional)
