Creamy Salmon & Vegetable

Versatile dish to serve with bread or pasta

Ingredients

200g Salmon ( airfry for 8min at 190c, can pan fried also)

2 tbsp butter

2 cloves garlic ( minced)

1 can of Campbell cream of mushroom ( can use any broth with thick cream also)

1/2- 3/4 can ( Campbell soup can) filled fresh milk ( consistency varies to your liking)

Carrots🥕/ potatoes 🥔 / broccoli 🥦( cut in smaller piece ) – boil to cook

4-5 Swiss Brown mushroom ( slice )

Method

  1. Heat up pan/pot, add in butter and garlic. sauté garlic till fragrant.
  2. Add in the slice mushroom follow by the canned creamy of mushroom and milk. Slow boil.
  3. Add in the boiled veg & bring to boil.
  4. Put in the air fried salmon and off fire and done.
  5. Dish out & serve. Sprinkle some black pepper & dried parsley ( optional)
