Crispy Prawn Pancake

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of prawn paste (150g)
  • Sweet corn kennels
  • Carrots (chopped)
  • Spring onions (chopped)
  • Garlic (chopped)
  • Black pepper
  • Fish sauce
  • Sugar
  • Cooking wine
  • 2 pieces of rice paper
  • Blue Dragon Sweet Chilli Sauce for dipping

Method

  1. Mix prawn paste, sweet corn kennels, carrot and spring onions in a bowl.
  2. Add fish sauce, sugar and cooking wine for taste.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly onto one piece of rice paper and press the other rice paper lightly on top.
  4. Pan fry till golden brown and crispy on both sides.
  5. Cut into pieces and serve hot with Blue Dragon Sweet Chilli Sauce.
