Fried Bee Tai Mak

Ingredients

  1. 1 packet of bee tai mak, rines with tap water.
  2. Season the cut chicken fillet with soy sauce, sesame oil, pepper and corn flour
  3. Shrimps
  4. Soaked mushroom

Method

  1. Preheat oil in a wok. Fry the 2 beaten eggs and set aside. Add some more oil, stir fry the shrimp first then the chicken meat until they are cooked through. Dish out and set aside.
  2. Bring the wok back to hot. Add more cooking oil and stir fry the garlic and mushroom and stir fry briefly for about 3 mins.
  3. Add the mi tai mak, 1tbsp soy sauce, ½ tbsp black soy sauce, ½ oyster sauce, ½ tbsp fish sauce, ¼ tbsp mushroom powder, 1tbsp sesame oil, ¼ tsp ground white pepper and and pour in the 2 cups of chicken stock.
  4. Stir to mix everything. Bring to a simmer and cover with a lid to let the noodles absorb the stock.
  5. Add the shrimp and chicken meat back. You can add more soy sauce to your own preferrence. Serve immediately
