Ham and Cheese Egg with Prata

Simple Versatile Prata

can be all day snack

Ingredients

2 frozen Prata

2 eggs

1 slice ham

Chopped spring onions

Cheese

3 tbsp milk

Method

  1. Mixed the eggs, ham spring onions and milk together and set aside
  2. Using 18cm pan, heat up, pan fry Prata till u see little flake (not brown yet) on both sides
  3. Remove it from the pan
  4. Add little oil to same pan
  5. Pour mixed eggs to the same pan
  6. See the sides is set while the centre still cooking. Place the Prata on top the eggs, let it cook for a while
  7. Then flip Prata facing down, eggs up
  8. Place half slice / shredded cheese on egg
  9. Then fold the Prata into half
  10. Continue to pan fry till both sides r brown
  11. Cut into half n is ready to serve
