Hong Kong Steamed Fish.

Ingredients

  1. 3 pieces of cod fish steaks
  2. 2 tbs 大华seafood soy sauce
  3. 3 tbs water
  4. ½ tsp Chinese rice wine
  5. Pepper
  6. 1 stalk of coriander root

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients (except the fish) and heat up.
  2. Steam the fish for 8mins. Pour away the fish water then add the prepared seafood sauce on the steamed fish.
  3. Fry some chopped garlic on heated oil. Drizzle over the fish and serve.
