KFC Rice Cooker Chicken Rice

  1. In your rice cooker, wash your rice
  2. Add chicken broth
  3. Add ginger slices and pandan leaf
  4. Place chicken on top of rice.
  5. Cook as per normal.
  6. Once cooked, discard pandan leaf and remove chicken pieces to shred or slice into smaller pieces.
  7. Add sesame oil and salt to rice before putting in the shredded chicken.
  8. Give it a good mix before serving it with sliced cucumber, tomatoes, dark soy sauce and garlic chilli sauce. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  1. 2 cups of rice
  2. 250 ml chicken broth
  3. 4 slices of ginger
  4. 1 knob of pandan leaf
  5. 2 pieces of KFC orginal flavour chicken
  6. 1 tsp sesame oil
  7. 1 tsp salt
  8. Cucumber and tomatoes for garnishing
  9. Dark soy sauce and garlic chilli suace for dipping
