- In your rice cooker, wash your rice
- Add chicken broth
- Add ginger slices and pandan leaf
- Place chicken on top of rice.
- Cook as per normal.
- Once cooked, discard pandan leaf and remove chicken pieces to shred or slice into smaller pieces.
- Add sesame oil and salt to rice before putting in the shredded chicken.
- Give it a good mix before serving it with sliced cucumber, tomatoes, dark soy sauce and garlic chilli sauce. Enjoy!
