Kimchi Beef Stew

Ingredients

Kimchi x 250g ( with the kimchi juice)

Striploin Steak x 500g (cut dice)

Onion( half for fries first, the other half later)

Garlic ( chopped) x 6 gloves

Red n green chilli (slices)( 1 each)

Gochujang (Hot pepper paste) x 1   tablespoon

Sesame oil x 1 tablespoon

Chilli flakes x 1 teaspoon

Roasted Sesame seed x 1 teaspoon

Coriander for garnishing

Method

  1. Beef cut dice
  2. Marinated it with Korean fish sauce or soy sauce n pepper
  3. Heat up Wok with a little bit of oil
  4. Place kimchi, chopped garlic n onion slices stir fried well, cover cook for 5 mins
  5. Add fish sauce, Gochujang, sesame oil, stir well n cover again for 5 mins
  6. Add green n red chilli slices, onion slices, chopped garlic n chilli flakes, stir well n some water cook till boiling again
  7. Add beef dice stir well, cover n cook for 5 mins or just cook. Garnishing with coriander n sprinkler some sesame seed! Done! Enjoy!
