Kimchi Fried Rice

Ingredients

  1. Kimchi (chopped to smaller pieces)
  2. Luncheon meat (cut into cubes)
  3. Soybean sprouts
  4. Spring onions (chopped)
  5. Sesame oil

Method

  1. Heat some oil in a pan.
  2. Add garlic, stir fry for a few seconds.
  3. Add the luncheon meat follow by kimchi and give it a few stir.
  4. Add soybean sprouts and stir fry to mix well.
  5. Add cooked rice and some kimchi sauce and fry them thoroughly.
  6. Add a bit of sesame oil and lastly some chopped spring onions.
  7. Top with a sunny side up and serve!
