A shortcut scone recipe that only requires a few ingredients! Perfect for when u want some scones fast!
Ingredients

330g Self-raising flour, sifted, plus extra for dusting
50g Caster sugar
Pinch of salt
150g Thickened cream
150g Lemonade (I used Sprite)
Milk for brushing tops
Method
Preheat oven to 200C
Mix flour, salt and sugar in a large bowl. Add thickened cream and lemonade, and stir together till it forms a rough dough.
Tip onto a lightly floured countertop. Knead a few times till combined.
Roll or pat dough into ~1” thick. Use a round cutter (I used a 6cm and a 3.5cm) to cut out rounds. Gently reroll scraps and cut out as many as u can.
Transfer to a lined baking tray. Lightly brush the tops with milk. Bake 15-20 mins till lightly browned. Serve with clotted cream, butter, jams, lemon curd or anything u desire. ❤️
