Baked mini pumpkin luncheon meat n cheese bun with kids

Ingredients

Pizza bun ingredients

High gluten flour 240g

Warm water 140g

Sugar 6g

Yeast 5g

Salt 3 g

Oil 1 tablespoon

Orange coloring

Filling

Luncheon meat

Cheese

1 egg, pretz biscuit stick, string

Method

🎃 Knead the pizza dough first and set aside

🎃 Use a cookie cutter to press the luncheon meat and cheese

🎃 Divide the dough into several small doughs, roll them into balls and set aside

🎃 Take a piece of dough, flatten it, fill it with luncheon meat and cheese, and then roll it into a ball

🎃 Tie the string around the bread to look like a pumpkin

🎃 Brush with egg wash

🎃 Bake 180°c for 5 minutes

🎃 Cover with aluminium foil, bake 3 more mins

🎃 Cut the string and put the biscuit stick in the middle of pumpkin bun
