Mala Mullet Fillet Noodles

Let’s have a bowl of spicy fish noodles! The fish is easy to prepare and cooking takes very little time!

My husband had a great time eating. The fish meat is thick and fresh, full of spicy flavor. It is the best food when watching TV.

Ingredients

  • One serving of Fishfarmer Heat and Eat Mullet Mala
  • One pack of noodles
  • two quail eggs
  • enoki mushrooms
  • cabbage
  • shallot
  • chilli
  • coriander

Method

  1. Put the fish in the air fryer and bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes
  2. Prepare a pot of water, when the water boils, add noodles, cabbage and enoki mushroom
  3. After the noodles are cooked, remove them to a serving plate. After the fish is cooked, put the fish on the noodles, top with cabbage, enoki mushrooms and bird eggs
  4. Sprinkle minced green onion, chilli, and coriander
  5. Pour mala gravy onto the fish
  6. Serve and enjoy
