The point is to make the meal look delicious without using fancy tableware.

I cooked a spicy tuna quiche pizza in this Neoflam Reverse Colour Marble 20cm Frypan. The frypan combines functionality and aesthetics. It has a striking, vibrant exterior with a contrasting color on the inside, creating a visually appealing and contemporary.After cooking, I served it directly on the frypan. My husband was very surprised when he saw the quiche. He said it looked very pretty in the frypan.

The frypan has a special non-stick coating, allowing for effortless cooking and easy cleanup. Whether frying, sautéing, or simmering, it ensures that food releases smoothly and evenly, reducing the need for excess oil.

Ingredients

  • 1 egg cake 蛋餅
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • Half can ayam brand mala tuna
  • Coriander
  • Shredded cheese

Method

  1. After the pan is hot, pour a little oil, fry the omelette first, fry both sides and pick it up for later use.
  2. Mix eggs and fish sauce and pour into the pot.
  3. Put the egg cake in the egg wash, put the mala tuna, coriander, and shredded cheese on the egg cake, cover the lid until the eggs are golden brown.
