Mango Coconut Sago

💛Just 3 ingredients needed for this refreshing tropical dessert, especially 👍👍 during this current cheap mango season and hot weather!

🥭Enjoy this on a hot day! Great for parties/gatherings too!

Ingredients

This recipe make 9 pudding jars of 150ml each

3 ripe mangoes

80g mini sago pearls

330ml Ayam Brand Premium Coconut Milk

Method

  1. Bring a pot of water to rolling boil, add in sago pearls and boil uncovered.
  2. Switch off the fire when only a little white center remaining in sago, about 6-7 minutes. Cover with lid for 15 minutes.
  3. Drain off the hot water and transfer sago to cold water for another 15 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, cut the mangoes into cubes. Set aside 20-25 mango cubes for garnishing.
  5. Add mango cubes and 100ml of Ayam Brand coconut milk to a blender, blend until smooth.
  6. Drain off the water from sago, add remaining coconut milk to sago and mix well.
  7. Layer each pudding jar with blended mango, coconut sago and top with mango cubes. Chill in the fridge for a few hours, garnish with mint leaves before serving!
