Ikan bilis and handful of soya beans for soup base
Minced meat
2 beaten eggs
Fried garlic
Shallots
Chopped spring onion
Mee Sua
Method
Cook the soup for about 30 mins
Marinate mincemeat w light sauce, sesame oil, pepper, cooking wine and a bit of sole fish powder. Give it a good stir till all well marinated (will look pasty kind) So when u cook, the pork will not be tough when u r eating (not sure how to describe)
Fry 🍳 eggs and set aside
After 30 mins, you can remove the soup base ingredients, add this mincemeat and let it cook for 10 mins in low fire
Add in meesua when u want to serve or ready to eat .. add in the fried eggs too .. let it cook and serve w fried shallots and spring onions.
You can try the soup after adding in the mee sua, can add abit of light sauce if u feel not tasty .. coz some Mee sua is salty .. so is better to try the soup after adding in ☺️you can also add fishballs or any ingredients too
