Oats & Sesame seeds cookies

A healthy low-sugar, low-fat snack. Just 1g added sugar in each cookie 🍪

Ingredients

Makes 20 cookies, about 12g each

  • 70g oats (mix of whole oats + cut oats)
  • 50g white sesame seeds + 1 tbsp black sesame seeds
  • 20g corn flour
  • 40g egg
  • 20g sugar
  • 25g butter + 25g peanut butter
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder

Method

  1. ­Mix all ingredients together, divide into 20 round balls.
  2. Flatten each ball with the base of a glass or bottle.
  3. Bake ain preheated oven 160C, 18 to 20 mins.
