Pork Belly Char Siew

Ingredients

2 Slabs of Pork Belly (remove skin)

Marination:
2 tbsp Oyster sauce
1 tbsp White pepper
1 tsp Sesame oil
1 tsp Dark sauce
Honey

 

Method

  1. Marinate the pork belly for at least 3 hours or overnight ideally.
  2. Grilled it for abt 25 – 30 mins and is ok to be abit charred
  3. Flip the pork belly and brush with sauce during 5 to 7 mins (depends on yr oven) or you can also use airfryer at 180c.
  4. Once done can slice it after cooling it for 10 to 15 mins.
  5. Use the balance of the marinate to heat up over small fire before glazing the pork belly.
  6. Added sesame seeds, fried garlic and spring onions to go with it before serving.
