Pulled Chicken Mayo Cheese Toastie

OMG, went to FairPrice supermarket & saw this new launch in cool black packaging by Ayam Brand! Is it for real? Ayam brand finally got Ayam (chicken) 😆

2 flavours available – mayonnaise & hot chilli. Bought the mayo one to try as I like mayo 😋 Wow, besides pulled chicken & mayo (duh), there are bits of sweet corn & red/green bell peppers. Nice 👍🏻 Taste-wise, creamy & flavorful, I can eat straight from the can!

Made lava roll-up toastie with it, fwahhh, so yummy I couldn’t stop munching 🤤 My son gave thumbs up & fighting with me to eat the last piece 😂

(Makes 5 pcs)

1 can Ayam brand pulled chicken In mayonnaise
5 slices white bread
5 slices cheese
Cooking oil/butter

Trim sides of bread, use a rolling pin to flatten the bread.
Spread about 4 tsp of pulled chicken on the bread.
Fold a slice of cheese into half, place on top of the pulled chicken.
Roll up the bread firmly, pressing down at the seams.
Heat up frying pan on medium heat, add some oil/butter. Pan-fry the roll-up bread roll golden brown on all sides & cheese starting to ooze.
Best serve warm.
