Pulled Chicken Mayo Pocket Prata Puffs

Ingredients

2 cans of Ayam Brand Pulled Chicken Mayo

4 pieces of frozen prata

1 stalk spring onion (Chopped)

Pepper

Oil for brushing

Method

  1. Place a piece of semi defrost prata on cutting board. Cut a slit from center to edge.
  2. Roll the prata from the start of slit to end to form a cone shape.
  3. Place the cone shape prata upright and press it flat.
  4. Brush with oil and airfry 180c for 15min. Over turn in between to get both side brown.
  5. Cut a slit at side to form a pocket when slightly cool.
  6. For filling, mix 2 can of Ayam brand pulled chicken mayo with chopped spring onion and back pepper.
  7. Filled the pocket Prata puffs with  2-3 spoonful of pulled chicken mayo and ready to serve.
