Pulled Chicken Mayo Rice Balls

Ingredients

Japanese rice

Sushi vinegar

Corn kennels

Carrots (chopped)

Ayam brand pulled chicken mayonnaise

Seaweed flakes

Japanese mayonnaise

Nori sheets (cut into strips)

Method

  1. Cook Japanese rice as per normal and add sushi vinegar then mix well.
  2. Transfer rice into a big bowl to cool.
  3. Add corn kennels, carrots, pulled chicken mayonnaise, seaweed flakes and squeeze some mayonnaise.
  4. Mix well (I use hand)
  5. Shape to your desired size and roll with nori stripes.
