Pulled Chicken Pies

I made these flaky and crispy Pulled Chicken Pies with Ayam Brand Pulled Chicken Hot Chilli. A flaky golden crust with a mild spicy kick of flavorful chicken filling. Perfect quick recipe for snack or for party that can be prepared ahead of time. No cooking on stove required and it can be done in 15 minutes! So easy and delicious!

Ingredients

4 pieces of frozen roti prata pastry⁣

1 can of Ayam Brand Pulled Chicken in Hot Chilli

1 hard boiled egg (sliced into quarters)

1 egg (egg wash)⁣

1/2 Japanese cucumber (diced)⁣

Method

  1. Slice cucumber and hard boiled egg.
  2. Mix cucumber with Ayam Pulled Chicken Hot Chilli in a bowl.⁣
  3. Scoop 1/4 chicken fillings on each roti prata pastry and put a slice of egg on top. ⁣
  4. Fold the pastry into half to cover the fillings and press the edges.
  5. Seal the edges together with a fork.⁣
  6. Brush the tops of the roti prata pastry pies with egg wash. ⁣
  7. Bake in the air fryer at 180C for 7 minutes, flap the pie and bake for another 7 minutes or until golden.⁣
  8. Let cool and serve. ⁣
