Red Bean Popsicles

Ingredients

  • 100g red bean
  • 100ml Ayam coconut milk
  • Pandan leaves
  • rock sugar
  • 1 tbsp honey

Method

  1. Soaked the red bean overnight or 3-4 hours
  2. Give it rinsed it before boiling
  3. Mixed about 300ml water to the red bean
  4. Slow boil till beans softened
  5. Add rock sugar ( adjust to your liking, can be sweeter as will be adding coconut milk to it later on)
  6. (A)Add 1 tsp honey to 100ml of coconut milk and mix well.
  7. (B)Prepare a cup of red bean w the soup (less of the soup and more beans)
  8. Mixed A &B together, pour it to the ice cream popsicle.
  9. Freeze it for abt 4-5 hrs or overnite

(You can also add more coconut milk to your liking / used ready cooked red beans too)
