Shredded cheese

1 egg, beaten

Bread crumbs

Cooking oil for frying

Flattened each slice of bread with pin roll.
Topped bread with some pulled chicken and cheese.
Roll the bread and set aside, Continue until finish.
Dip each) bread roll into beaten egg mixture and transfer onto a plate of bread crumbs & coat evenly.
Fried each bread rolls in a medium low heat. Turning every side to even golden brown. Drain on paper towel & serve with chili sauce.
