Salmon Bowl

Ingredients
1 Salmon Fillet
Teriyaki Sauce
Salt, Pepper, Garlic powder
2 eggs – for Tamago
Broccoli
Carrots
Method
Rinse wash the fillet.
Dap dry it.
Marinate w dashes of salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Blanch broccoli and carrots.
Firstly, pan fry salmon skin down for about 3-5 mins at medium fire.
Start to flip to sides to cook it.
Once done, pour some teriyaki sauce over.
Let it cook for abt 2 mins and is done.
Serve it over hot rice with any sides to your preference, sprinkle onions & sesame seeds.
