Salmon Bowl

Ingredients

1 Salmon Fillet

Teriyaki Sauce

Salt, Pepper, Garlic powder

2 eggs – for Tamago

Broccoli

Carrots

Method

  1. Rinse wash the fillet.
  2. Dap dry it.
  3. Marinate w dashes of salt, pepper and garlic powder.
  4. Blanch broccoli and carrots.
  5. Firstly, pan fry salmon skin down for about 3-5 mins at medium fire.
  6. Start to flip to sides to cook it.
  7. Once done,  pour some teriyaki sauce over.
  8. Let it cook for abt 2 mins and is done.
  9. Serve it over hot rice with any sides to your preference, sprinkle onions & sesame seeds.
