(make 3 patties)
200g salmon ( removed skin, cut small cubes)
1 tbsp chopped spring onions
1 tbsp chopped parsley
3-4 tbsp breadcrumbs
1 small egg ( 50g)
1-2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp garlic powder
Pinch of salt and black pepper
1.Combined the above ingredients
2.Shaped to round patty and pan fried till slight brown on both sides
