In this hot weather, I didn’t have an appetite at first, but I couldn’t help but keep eating it. The fish meat is very thick, and the fish skin is also very fragrant after being air-fried. Tastes delicious with small tomatoes.

Ingredients

🎈@thefishfarmer Barramundi Fillet Thai Style

🎈bowl of rice

🎈quail eggs and 8 small tomatoes

🎈three strawberries

🎈slice of cheese

Method

  1. Pour the fish and sauce into the plate first, and air fry at 180 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes (you can adjust the temperature and time according to your own air fryer)
  2. Put the love moild in the middle of the plate, put the rice in it, press the rice with a spoon to make it into a heart shape
  3. After the fish is cooked, cut it into several pieces and put it into the heart mould, only half of the heart is needed
  4. Small tomatoes cut in half and placed on top of the fish
  5. Use a round cookies mould to press out the shape of the moon on the cheese, use a star mould to press out five small stars, and then arrange the moon and stars on the small tomatoes
  6. The flag is done
  7. Use a fruit pick to skewer half a cherry tomato and half a quail egg for a decoration
  8. Remove the stalks of strawberries, cut them in half, and place them on a plate
