Snoopy and prawn curry

With this curry paste from @oldchangkeesingapore , I can quickly and easily cook delicious prawn curry. My family raved about this curry paste and even though it was a bit spicy, the kids couldn’t stop and took one bite after another.

Ingredients

  • Old Chang Kee Curry paste
  • 9 big prawns
  • 1 potato
  • 1 carrot
  • 6 ladyfingers
  • 600ml water
  • 150 condensed milk
  • Curry leafs
  • 1 mini red pepper
  • Rice

Method

  1. First cut the ladyfingers, potatoes and carrots into small pieces and blanch them
  2. Fry the shrimps until red and then pick them up
  3. Pour 600ml of water, add carrots, potatoes and ladyfinger
  4. When the water boils, add curry paste and cook for ten minutes
  5. Add the prawn, pour in the condensed milk, sprinkle curry leaves and cook for another five minutes
  6. Make Snoopy with rice, then add the curry prawns
  7. Enjoy
