Steam Dang Gui Chicken Mushroom

This STEᗩᗰ ᗪᗩᑎG GᑌI ᑕᕼIᑕKEᑎ ᗰᑌSᕼᖇOOᗰ is an easy and perfect quick lunch. Well seasoned chicken meats and mushrooms packed with dang gui (Angelica Sinensis) flavor.

Ingredients

2 Chicken Leg – debone, skin remove optional, cut into bite size, 1 finger length and width

3 pcs dehydrated mushroom – soak till soften, slice.

Marinate the chicken meat best night before with:

  •  2 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Hua Tiao Wine
  • 1 tsp  dark soy sauce
  • 2 drops sesame oil
  • 1/4 tsp raw sugar
  • 1 tsp corn flour
  • White pepper
  • 4pcs Dang Gui
  • 2pcs Red Date

Method

  1. Bring the chicken to room temperature.
  2. Steam for 20 minutes or until fully cooked.
