Sugar donuts

Who love warm donuts like me ๐Ÿ˜‹

Ingredients

  1. 150g plain flour
  2. 150g bread flour
  3. 130g milk ( warm around 40c)
  4. 1 large egg
  5. 35g sugar
  6. 40g butter
  7. 2g salt
  8. 3g instant yeast

Method

  1. Add yeast to warm milk till itโ€™s bubbled.
  2. Put all ingredients except butter into mixer once dough form, add in the butter and knead till smooth dough mixture form.
  3. Remove and put in a big bowl to proof for 30-45min(double in size)
  4. Divide into 12 ball ( around 46-47g per ball) and rest for 10min
  5. Shape your donuts and fry in oil.( small fire will do cos itโ€™s brown pretty fast)
  6. Add 2tbsp sugar in a small bowl and coat the donuts while warm ( sugar stick better when warm)
