Thai Style Steamed Barramundi with Lime & Garlic

Appetizing Thai style steam fish at comfort of home!

Ingredients

200g of Barramundi (Washed and pat dry)

1 stalk of lemon grass (Chopped in 4 parts, lightly crushed)

Sauce mixture
80ml chicken stock
1 tbsp of sugar
1 tbsp of fish sauce
3 tbsp of chopped parsley
3 tbsp chopped garlic
2 chili ( chopped)
2 medium size green Lime ( squeeze to juice)

Method

1. Lay the lemon grass on steaming plate, put the barramundi on top and steam for 10 to 12 minutes.

2. Mix all ingredients for the sauce mixture. Season to taste.

3. Discard the water from steamed fish before pouring the sauce over. Serve immediately.
