Perot Rumah is a old Peranakan term which translates as The Stomach of the House where the ladies gather in the Kitchen to prepare food, share knowledge and stories. Here the menu focuses on Laok Hari Hari – Daily Nonya Dishes not usually included in Peranakan restaurants, with insights on the heritage, ingredients and personal stories of the dishes.
